In order to continue to offer the very best in digital service and to remain transparent and accountable, Oakwood homes have partnered with Fixflo – an online maintenance and problem reporting system for tenants and landlords.

Introducing Fixflo

Oakwood homes are delighted to announce the launch of a new 24 hour system accessible through our website for all tenants and landlords, to give a clear, concise and dated audit trail for maintenance issues 365 days a year! The system is designed to make the process easier for tenants who may find themselves needing to report any faults or issues on the move, from any device. It can often be frustrating when a problem occurs, such as a boiler breakdown, electrical fault or worse still a major problem such as a water leak, so Fixflo is now on hand to help 24/7!

Benefits to every user

Every tenant will be issued a personal login to Fixflo, giving them immediate access to an area for a detailed note of what and where the problem is. It also offers some initial guidance on how to double check the problem, just in case it could be an easy fix they might be able to complete. All approved contractors by Oakwood homes will receive an automated notice for the issue, with instructions on how to contact the occupier to arrange an agreed date and time to visit – all clearly noted so everyone can keep informed and review. Oakwood homes, the tenant, landlord and contractors will all communicate in one place providing complete transparency within required timescales, to offer a seamless and peace of mind service.
