Company Operating Update
Following Government trading guidelines to all companies in the UK, we wanted to update all our clients on how Oakwood homes are now operating throughout our branch network.
These are difficult times for all of us. It seems everyone is affected in one way of another and will be for the foreseeable future. In order to keep all our clients updated on how Oakwood homes are responding to these changes, for your convenience we are outlining the key aspects of our business operation moving forward:
Sales and Lettings
We regret that we are no longer able to offer home visits for any appointments. However, we do offer the same great service virtually!
Viewings
We have a number of property videos that we can share with you, to give a very good feel of the property from the comfort of your sofa! If there is a property you would like to see, please still get in contact with us and we will do all we can to assist - virtually.
Valuations
No home appointments can be made, but we are offering a detailed 8 page valuation report, bespoke for your individual property which can include a video tour of your home. Should you be considering a move and would like a valuation while you are off work in these difficult times, please call us or use our contact form online - one of our experienced valuers will prepare this report following a discovery call with you.
Check in/out
No property visits are permitted at this time.
Completions
Any pre-booked completion appointments are allowed to take place, but only for this week. No future appointments are permitted. Social distancing must be exercised - protective gloves and foot covers can be provided.
Sales Progression
If you have a sale currently going through with us, our dedicated team are still on hand to work with you. Some solicitors and lenders are also on restricted duties, but we will do everything we can to help answer your queries to get your sale through.
Keep in touch
Some of our team are working from home to deliver the same great service that you would expect in the offices. If you know the extension number of anyone you want to speak with, please call and they will be redirected to the person you are after. Our phone lines are still manned, but please bear with us as we are on restricted staffing numbers, so it may take a little longer to get through.
