ESTAs – the fastest way to find out the quality of an estate agent!

Find out why we continue to support the ESTAs and read the incredible reviews that are shooting us to the top of the list for next year’s awards!

What is the ESTAs?

ESTAS is a customer review and awards platform exclusively for agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors and suppliers to the property industry, which highlights excellent customer service helping to build trust for property professionals.

When you’re talking about how to discover the truth of an estate agency, the ESTAs are front runners. Because the whole thing is industry specific and runs off the back of genuine reviews from real customers who have used that agent, the result is a trustworthy, genuine, and honest look at how an agent fairs in real life situations. We continue to put all of our support towards anything in the estate agency industry which helps customers choose the RIGHT agent for their home.

How do we include the ESTAs reviews in our business?

We believe in total transparency within our business which is why we display all of our ESTAs reviews right on our website. This is a live update, so every time someone writes a review, it updates this straight away automatically, ensuring there’s no editing or checking. Every time we give a service or help a customer, we ask them to write an honest review of our service on our ESTAs pages. This way every person who wants to know how we do business in reality – not just what promises we make – can see this right on our site.

In fact, we encourage this honest review of our service so strongly, that in conjunction with ESTAs we’ve put into place two prize draws to win £1000 for our customers – one for completing an ESTAs review, and one for completing a Google review. This way, we can hold ourselves accountable for the standard of work we are doing, and our reputation is built on transparent and honest accounts from real customers.

The award ceremony

Each year these reviews are taken in by ESTAs and are used to select winners in certain areas and categories depending on only the customer reviews. One of these categories is the FIA – The Federation of Independent Agents – of which we are a member.

The FIA is another great thing we support as we are their chosen member in our area. Membership of the FIA is by invitation only, and they limit membership to one excellent local independent estate agent that meets their high standards and qualification criteria. This makes us a part of a large member-only network of similar skilled agents, so we benefit from sharing best practice and advice from a wide variety of member agents from all over the country.

All our current reviews and customer stories will lead us towards winning awards for our standard of excellence at the next awards ceremony next year!
