Extra protection for you and your family with 50% less physical viewings!

Extra protection for you and your family with 50% less physical viewings!

As life needs to go on, rest assured we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe. The precautions we’ve put into place have reduced physical viewings by 50%, ensured no cross contaminations, and left buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants happy…

While some may have laxed their procedures in order to up efficiency, at Oakwood Homes we will always go the extra mile to ensure the safety of your family while reaching your goals. This includes a set of procedures for all of our daily activities including viewings, valuations, vendor updates and more.

We’ve actually managed to cut the number of physical viewings while still maintaining maximum price for our sellers and landlords, by using ‘Livestream’ – a tool which allows us to live stream property viewings for tenants and buyers, so they can see the property and ask questions before they go on a physical viewing.

A wonderful benefit our sellers and landlords are pleased with, is the amount this reduces footfall through your home. As many applicants can live view at once, only the most serious ones end up seeing the property in person.

If the home isn’t for them, they can see this through the livestream, and don’t need to waste their – or your - time. If they like what they see, we’ll qualify them to ensure they’re serious about the property, and then arrange an in-person tour.

We’ve found this reduces the amount of in-person viewings by 50% while still achieving fantastic offers for the sellers/landlords!

Our safety precautions don’t stop there though. Other procedures we’ve put into place are:

-      Sanitizing hands regularly
-      Recording staff temperatures daily
-      Branch staff wearing face masks
-      Undertaking regular cleaning
-      Wearing protective gloves on all visits
-      Each staff only using their own workstation and equipment
-      No contact during visits
-      All property occupiers are asked to ventilate their home before visits/viewings

We have so much love for our community and will now work even harder to provide the great service and reputation we’ve built in our local area – helping our customers reach their dream home, family, and financial goals.

As the fight against the virus continues, let’s stay safe, compassionate, and thoughtful towards those around us.

If you have any questions, need extra advice on how we will continue going forward, or want to make an appointment for a viewing or valuation, please get in touch and we will happily help you move forward!
