Although the message is clear, it impacts all our lives in different ways depending on our personal circumstances. Many landlords and investors are trying to get to grips with the best way forward, whilst maintaining their property, remaining compliant and supporting their tenants.
Ongoing support is important for investors as rules and guidance changes, as well as a constant update of legislation to adhere to. That’s why we have created our local investor’s group to bring landlords and investors in Thanet together to find resources, have discussions, find potential new projects, and understand the rules and laws surrounding their business.
This group is called Thanet Investor's Club and is designed to be friendly, fun and informative!
