Our Q4 Winners
Every quarter we acknowledge and commend teams and individuals who have excelled and shown great initiative or gone above and beyond in their day-to-day roles at Oakwood homes.
It's always great to recognise team members hard work and every quarter we nominate and award our great teams with 3 awards. One chosen by our Directors, one by our Managers and the People's award, where all team members get to vote for the team member they feel are worthy of winning!
This quarter, the Director’s Award was awarded to the Compliance Team - who dealt with a number of big changes that had a big impact on the business AND coped seamlessly.
The Manager’s Award was won by Joshua in our Ramsgate office for how far he has come in the last 12 months for being tenacious and hitting targets.
And last but certainly not least the People's Award which is voted for by all our team saw so many names being nominated and such lovely comments. However, there can only be one winner!
This award was scooped by Marilyn from Team Broadstairs for professionalism and dedication to Broadstairs office despite everything she has going on.
Well done to all the nominee's and a big congratulations to our worthy winners! Carry on the great work everyone we are proud of you all!
