The development will be presented with as much information as possible and our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You can raise these through a Q&A tab clearly shown on your screen.
How long will it take?
Probably no more than 45 minutes, but that depends on how many questions we get!
Can I reserve on the night?
Yes you can reserve off plan. Our New Homes Team will be available to run through the development, prices and completion dates - Our Finance Team will also be on hand to assist with any mortgage queries too.
I only have a 5% deposit - can I still buy?
If you are a first time buyer, then YES! Other schemes will be available from 01 April 2021 to assist other buyers who are not buying for the first time.
