Probably no more than 45 minutes, but that depends on how many questions we get!

Can I reserve on the night?

Yes you can reserve off plan. Our New Homes Team will be available to run through the development, prices and completion dates - Our Finance Team will also be on hand to assist with any mortgage queries too.

I only have a 5% deposit - can I still buy?

If you are a first time buyer, then YES! Other schemes will be available from 01 April 2021 to assist other buyers who are not buying for the first time.

When will they be available?
