Stamp out the Duty...!

Stamp out the Duty...!

We are all in suspense as to whether the Government will make any change to the current Stamp Duty holiday deadline of 31 March 2021, but one canny developer is removing the worry...!

NO Stamp Duty to pay...!

In response to much deliberation over the possible cost to buyers if they do not meet the Stamp Duty deadline, Future Homes UK are putting their money where their mouth is! This what they have to say....

"The governments Stamp Duty Relief is coming to an end and we understand that this could cause people some concerns over the affordability of their new home! Here at Future Homes we understand, and want to help where we can.

There is some speculation about whether this is going to be extended beyond the 31st of March 2021, but we are prepared to do this for them! If you purchase a property at Vincent Place and the Government do not extend the Stamp Duty Relief, we will pay your Stamp Duty!"

Terms and Conditions:

We will only pay stamp duty at the rate of a first-time buyer or home mover, not the rates for second/holiday or investment properties. We also reserve the right to withdraw this offer if it is evident that the sale is being progressed slowly by the applicant.

Now that's a deal that cannot be missed! If you are looking for a new build property in a great location close to the sea, then you have to see Vincent Place. The last few units remaining offer ideal accommodation for either a permanent, or holiday home by the sea and will be available from March 2021.
