Meet the team! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Claire is the Accounts Administrator at Oakwood Homes. We asked her a few questions to get to know her better…


  1. What’s your role at Oakwood Homes? Accounts Administrator – mainly lettings but I also cover residential when needed.
  2. How long have you been working here? 5 years
  3. What’s your favourite band? Pink
  4. Do you have any hobbies? I have 2 boys and a dog who love to be out and about so I love spending time with them. I also like reading, used to go horse riding, love films and just generally spending time with friends and family, and finally, running.
  5. What do you love best about your local area? Walks on the beach!
  6. Favourite cocktail and/or local bar/pub to enjoy it in? My favourite cocktail is a Pornstar Martini from The Clockwork Cocktail Company in Margate.
  7. What does a day in your life look like working for Oakwood Homes? Receiving rents and paying rents, dealing with queries, chasing things up, paying suppliers, general accounts work.
  8. Favourite type of home? (period/new build/apartment/cottage) I like new builds because of the newness but I also love older buildings for their size and character.
  9. Favourite place to holiday? Easy - Florida as I love Disney!
