Meet the team! 🙋‍♂‍🙋‍♀‍ Teresa is our fantastic lettings director who has been with Oakwood right from the beginning! We asked her a few questions to get to know her better…

1. What’s your role at Oakwood Homes? Lettings Director

2. How long have you been working here? 14 ½ years

3. What’s your favourite band? Squeeze

4. Do you have any hobbies? Long walks with my husband and the dog, cycling and an annual game of golf!

5. What do you love best about your local area? Access to amazing views and sunsets

6. Favourite cocktail and/or local bar/pub to enjoy it in! Pina Colada – on the beach on holiday watching the sunset

7. What does a day in your life look like working for Oakwood Homes? Checking on the progress for the previous day, ensuring compliance throughout the department, looking for new opportunities as a business, preparing targets, covering for absent staff if necessary.

8. Favourite type of home? (period/new build/apartment/cottage) I love period properties with high ceilings but having previously lived in one, I got that bug out of my system when the heating bills came in! I still love the look of them, but I now go for practicality, low maintenance and anything in a quiet neighbourhood.

9. Favourite place to holiday? Anywhere I haven’t been before, it’s more of an adventure and it’s a big wide world out there. Favourite place so far on the rivers of France with my family.
