Tobias is a Lettings Consultant at Oakwood Homes. We asked him a few questions to get to know him better…

What’s your role at Oakwood Homes? Lettings Consultant
How long have you been working here? I have worked in the industry for 3 years but have worked with Oakwood homes for almost 2 months. 
What’s your favourite band? Newton Faulkner.
Do you have any hobbies? I have too many hobbies to count and always find something new to do, but some of my main hobbies include Photography, making and recording music, playing card games, and running. 
What do you love best about your local area? Being close to the beach is definitely the best part.
Favourite cocktail and/or local bar/pub to enjoy it in? I do like the Pearilla from The Clockwork Cocktail Company in Margate. However, my favourite drink would be a simple but classic G&T.
What does a day in your life look like working for Oakwood Homes? My day at Oakwood Homes is mostly spent liaising with Landlords, catering to any of their needs which mostly includes: providing valuations, listing their properties, and finding and securing them tenants.  
Favourite type of home? (period/new build/apartment/cottage) A rustic/modern cabin in the woods.
Favourite place to holiday? Canada is at the top of my bucket list, but from holidays I have been on I would love to go back to Portugal.
