Since entering lockdown number 3, we realise many people in our community are concerned about how to stay safe amid very high numbers, yet still want to reach the goals they set for themselves for 2021 in regard to moving home or investing in property. We set out our latest precautions each member of our staff follows in our blog HERE.
However, these aren’t the only precautions we are following. We want to remind everyone that if you have any extra rules or requests, we are more than happy to comply!
For example, a woman recently requested our agent call her when she was on her way. The woman was then able to leave the property and go to her car while the agent entered the home. Once our agent was done, she rang again to let her know the way was clear and it was safe to enter, having sanitised every surface touched during the stay.
We had another customer request our agent wear throw away shoe coverings while in the property, which we are more than happy to do to help you feel even just a little bit safer during the transaction.
